Further Investigation Works on Site

There has been a flurry of further activity on the project site in recent weeks, which has focused on the collection of further soil samples by consultants HAIL Environmental. The onsite investigative works were completed in the first week of December with test results to be received in early 2025.

The image above shows one of the test pits dug within the property to further collect wood waste samples and to reaffirm the depths of the wood waste in the property.

HAIL Environmental have also undertaken tests to the larger log ends, which has included mulching and sorting the waste.

They will be reporting back to the Project team in early 2025 after receipt of the latest test results.
